    Arrival and check-in. Team matching for solo applicants. Coffee and snacks. Self-service team formation closes at 19:00.

  • 19:00 to 19:20 Opening Ceremony

    Welcome and introduction to START Warsaw. Hackathon overview: rules, judging criteria and prizes. Brief introduction to OpenAI, ElevenLabs and Prelint.

  • 19:20 to 20:00 Case Partner Briefings

    Kolektyw3, Warszawa

    Reactive AI: AI benchmarking challenge, approximately 15 minutes plus Q&A. Bending Spoons: challenge brief TBC, approximately 15 minutes plus Q&A.

  • 20:00 to 11:00 Hacking Period

    Kolektyw3, Warszawa

    15 hours of building, overnight. Teams work on their projects. Pizza dinner around 20:00; snacks and drinks available throughout. Mentor availability TBC.

  • 11:00 to 11:30 Code Freeze & Pitch Preparation

    Submission deadline: 11:00. Pitch preparation and technical checks.

  • 11:30 to 13:00 Parallel Track Presentations

    Kolektyw3, Warszawa

    Two parallel tracks: Reactive AI and Bending Spoons. Two-room availability at Kolektyw3 TBC. Approximately 13–15 teams per track. Each team: 3-minute pitch + 2-minute Q&A + approximately 1-minute changeover.

  • 13:00 to 13:30 Lunch Break

    Catering lunch provided. Judges select the top 3 teams per track.

  • 13:30 to 14:15 Grand Finale

    Kolektyw3, Warszawa

    Main stage with all participants. Six teams, three per track. Each team: 3-minute pitch + 3-minute Q&A.

  • 14:15 to 14:45 Jury Deliberation

    Kolektyw3, Warszawa

    Jury decides the overall winners.

  • 14:45 to 15:30 Awards & Closing

    Kolektyw3, Warszawa

    Track and overall winners. ElevenLabs Pro & Scale prizes. Prelint: $2,000 credits for the winning team. OpenAI prize TBC. Group photo and networking.

  • 15:30 to 17:00 Networking, Wrap-up & Teardown

    Networking, clean-up and teardown. Everyone must leave by 17:00 sharp, when the venue booking ends.
